Casey Gibbs

I learned most of what I know by living life, everyday. I am a professional piano mover a butcher an artist and a philosopher.   

I make hand forged knives from steel that once served a different purpose.  I use layered high carbon steel to make Damascus knives.  I am honored to have taken classes in knife making from a handful of Master and Journeyman bladesmiths.   

My forge is located on the north slope of the Wellsville Mountains. It is cold in the winter and hot and windy in the summer.

With encouragement and support from my wife Amy and our five children I chase the dream of an artist.
